4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jibets reserves the right to levy a monthly administration fee on dormant Accounts as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule, provided that the Account balance does not fall below zero.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jibets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank internet banking. jibets reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be amended from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current minimums before initiating a transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless jibets otherwise approves an alternative method in writing. Withdrawals require satisfactory completion of identity verification under Clause 3.2.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jibets is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. jibets may, at any time and without prior notice, freeze an Account and withhold funds pending investigation where it reasonably suspects that a Player's activity may constitute money laundering or fraud. jibets cooperates with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
5.5 Disputed Transactions. Any query regarding a deposit or withdrawal must be raised with jibets customer support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.
6.1 Game Rules Precedence. Each game and betting market offered on the jibets Platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A Wager is not binding until it has been accepted and confirmed by the jibets system. Technical errors or system failures that prevent confirmation may render a Wager void. jibets reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, including where incorrect odds or market information was displayed due to a technical fault.
6.3 Palpable Errors. jibets reserves the right to void any Wager accepted as a result of a manifest or obvious error in pricing, including but not limited to instances where odds are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market conditions at the time of placement.
6.4 Result Verification. All game outcomes and event results are determined in accordance with the applicable game or sport rules. In cases of dispute, jibets's determination of the outcome shall be final, subject to the Platform's formal dispute resolution process.
7.1 jibets may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the applicable promotion.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
7.3 jibets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of matched betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the relevant wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jibets's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 jibets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 jibets does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. jibets shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jibets's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jibets's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
11.1 jibets is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible from your Account dashboard.
11.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from jibets may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected] or through the Account settings panel. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, Players may not circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account.

12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jibets reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Funds found to derive from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be permanently forfeited.

Where changes are material, jibets will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.4.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jibets's licensing jurisdiction. To the extent permitted, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jibets's internal dispute resolution process.
